Place 5 tsp. of loose tea in infuser (rule of thumb is 1 tsp. loose tea = 8 oz. cup of steeped tea, but always brew to your taste!)

For maximum heat retention, start by pre-warming your teapot and cup. Fill both with hot water, let sit for 1-2 minutes, then discard the water.
