#1 Fastest Effect Strategy - Volume: To achieve in-the-moment results, take one serving in a little water; repeat serving as needed. Think ‘enough volume here to get the job done’. Volume needs differ from person to person based on their constitution and the issue at hand.
#2 Move Thru-It Strategy - Frequency: To support optimal recovery rates, take one serving in a little water; repeat every 1-3 hours for a day or two then taper off to 3-4 times a day, up to 5 days in a row. Persistent frequency supports the body’s optimal recovery response.
#3 Tonic Strategy - Consistency: Tonic use is about promoting optimal health through deep, nutritive support over time. Take one serving 2-4 times a day for as long as needed or as practitioner recommended. Tonics are safe to take long term but appropriate length is unique to each individual and their health goals.

Fennel seed: Foeniculum vulgare has a sweet, licorice taste and has been used as an after-meal digestive support herb in countries around the world, from its native Mediterranean to Asia. Fennel seeds are traditionally used as a digestive aid and support comfortable digestion. They contain compounds that may help support the gastrointestinal tract and promote a healthy inflammatory response, supporting overall digestive wellness.
Catnip aerials: Nepeta cataria is most well known for being a favorite of cats, but it is beneficial for humans too. It is a member of the mint family, and like other mints, may help support optimal digestion and soothe digestive comfort.
Peppermint Leaf: Mentha Piperita has been known to act as a carminative. Carminatives are known to help soothe the digestive tract, along with assisting in the excretion of gas from the stomach and bowels.
Ginger root: Zingiber officinale is used to calm an upset stomach and soothe various digestive discomforts.
