To brew: bring fresh spring water to a boil, pour hot water into a half gallon jar (or similar vessel) with tea bag. Steep 10+ minutes or longer, depending on desired strength. Leave tea bag in jar overnight for optimal infusion. Store in fridge for iced tea.
