We do not offer any in-house painting or staining, however, products can be painted or stained after-the-fact. If you decide to paint, stain, or seal your product we do recommend doing so AFTER the product has been assembled. ★ Assembly is required - All pieces slot together- so easy even your toddler can help! All necessary hardware and detailed instructions are included. Basic tools required. Almost all products can be assembled with a screw driver, but an electric drill is recommended.

GENERAL INFORMATION/DISCLAIMERS:-Wood is a natural material. Variations in color, knots, texture and grain may occur. -All our wood products come untreated. If you are planning to use your product outdoors or around water, we highly recommend sealing the product AFTER it’s been assembled. Excessive exposure to the sun and/or water and other liquids may cause warping and/or staining over time. -This product is made with Baltic Birch Plywood- a decorative hardwood plywood with veneer core. -Our wood is both TSCA VI and CARB II compliant.
REFUND POLICY: All of our orders are custom made-to-order and, therefore, FINAL SALE. Should you wish to return a product or cancel an order after your product has shipped, you will be responsible for the initial shipping cost in addition to the return shipping cost. However, should your product arrive damaged, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a replacement and/or refund. If you have any questions regarding our return policy, please do not hesitate to ask.
